By arranging the funnel, a sieve plate, a motor and a baffle ring, the funnel is additionally arranged at a top end of the water tank, a rainwater receivingrange of the water tank is increased, meanwhile, the sieve plate is arranged at an end opening of a bottom end of the funnel, impurities can be blocked and prevented from entering the water tank, after the device is used for a fixed period, the impurities on the sieve plate need to be cleaned, during a directional irrigation, an internal motor can be started, an output shaft of the motor drives aninner plate to rotate, the inner plate drives the baffle ring to rotate through connecting plates on a periphery, a grooving direction of one side of the baffle ring corresponds to an irrigation direction, accordingly, the through holes in one side are opened, rainwater can flow out from the through holes, and an irrigation is more convenient.
