The invention discloses a sand anti-seepage water-saving irrigation device which comprises an anti-seepage groove formed in a sand, the anti-seepage groove is filled with organic soil, the bottom of the anti-seepage groove is provided with a plurality of parallel protruding parts, a plurality of through holes are formed between the adjacent protruding parts, a water supply pipe is inserted into the organic soil, and the water supply pipe is connected with the water supply pipe. The water supply pipe is located over the protruding part, a micro-irrigation head is installed at the tail end of the water supply pipe, and a water-blocking breathable film is laid on the surface of the organic soil. The defects in the prior art can be overcome, and the water-saving effect of sand planting is improved.
