Thehigh-performance aluminum alloy door and window have the advantages that a cleaning mechanism is arranged, cleaning liquid in a water tank is sucked into a water conveying pipe through a pump machine in the cleaning mechanism and sprayedout through a wedge-shaped spray head, due to the special shape of the wedge-shaped spray head, water is sprayed towards the inner side during water spraying, the sliding door can be cleaned, in the water spraying process, a threaded sleeve can be driven by a threaded rod to move leftwards and rightwards, thus wedge-shaped spray head is driven to move left and right, mobile cleaning is performed,and after the cleaning is finished, a fan is started to dry the surface of the sliding door.
