The preparation method comprises a clinker production process and a cement production process, the clinker produced by the clinker production process is placed in a clinker homogenization silo, the clinker production process adopts the clinker in the clinker homogenization silo to produce cement, both the clinker production process and the cement production process use a microcomputer automatic batching control system, and the microcomputer automatic batching control system acts on batching procedures in the clinker production process and the cement production process. In the clinker production process, a microcomputer automatic batching control system acts on batchinginput of a pre-homogenizing storage yard and a clay stacking shed, and in the cement production process, the microcomputer automatic batching control system acts on batching input of clinker blending, a gypsum stacking shed and a mixed material stacking shed. According to the invention, the microcomputer automatic batching control system is adopted to accurately and automatically proportion ingredients in a clinker production process and a cement production process, so that the production quality of clinker and cement can be improved.
