The invention discloses a low-temperature foaming agent for foamed light soil, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of modified alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate, 10-30 parts of dodecyl methyl benzyl ammonium chloride, 5-20 parts of polyethyleneimine, 1-5 parts of a foam stabilizer, 1-3 parts of an anti-caking agent, 10-15 parts of a solvent and 0.5-1 part of an acid substance. Alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate is modified, so that the foaming agent has a relatively high foaming rate, the low-temperature water solubility of the foaming agent is enhanced, and the salt and alkali resistance of the foaming agent is greatly improved. And the modified alpha-alkenyl sodium sulfonate and dodecyl methyl benzyl ammonium chloride are adopted to generate a synergistic effect, so that the foam stability is enhanced. Through the synergistic effect of the components in the formula, the foaming agent has high foaming ratio, the generated foam is uniform, fine and smooth,the foam wall is stable, and a bubble group is formed by independent closed bubbles; the foaming agent has good stability in cement paste or slurry, and the hardened foamed light soil has the characteristics of uniform honeycomb pores, independence, no large bubbles, suitability for low-temperature environment and the like.
