The invention discloses in-situ foamed light sludge solidified soil as well as a preparation method and a foaming agent thereof, and belongs to the technical field of solidified soil materials. The in-situ chemical foaming agent for the light sludge solidified soil comprises metal aluminum powder and non-metal compound composite particles/powder, aluminum powder particles are separated through non-metal compound particles, and the median particle size of the metal aluminum powder and the non-metal compound particles is smaller than or equal to 5 micrometers. Metal aluminum powder and non-metal compound composite particles/powder are used as in-situ chemical foaming agents and used for preparing the light sludge solidified soil, aluminum powder particles are fully separated by non-metal compounds through superfine grinding, and the light sludge solidified soil is prepared by means of the separation effect of the non-metal compound particles. Therefore, small air holes can be generated through in-situ foaming, and the uniformity of the size of the air holes is ensured; and meanwhile, the agglomeration phenomenon of the aluminum powder after meeting water can be effectively avoided, and overlarge bubbles formed by air hole communication are avoided, so that the strength of the obtained light sludge solidified soil is ensured.
