The invention discloses a use method of stone powder sand in high-strength concrete. The use method comprises the following steps that S1, a loader is used for moving stone powder generated in the production process of a stone field into a hopper; s2, after discharging of the hopper, the stone powder falls to a conveying belt, and the stone powder enters a rolling screen under conveying of the conveying belt; s3, the stone powder is screened through the rolling screen, coarse materials in the stone powder are discharged, and fine materials are reserved; and S4, the fine material prepared in the step S3 is put into a sand washing machine to be washed, and washed stone powder sand is conveyed out through a conveying belt to be piled. The stone powder sand is applied to C60 high-strength concrete after water washing treatment, and the crushing index and the fineness modulus of the stone powder sand can meet the strength requirement. The stone powder sand is used for replacing natural sandto be applied to the C50-C60 high-strength concrete, the raw material cost of the concrete is reduced, meanwhile, damage to natural resources is reduced to the maximum extent, and a larger range is provided for comprehensive utilization of waste stone powder resources.
本发明公开了一种石粉砂在高强混凝土中的使用方法,包括如下步骤:S1:使用装载机将石料场生产过程中的产生的石粉移动至料斗中;S2:料斗卸料后,石粉下落至传送带,在传送带的运输下,石粉进入滚动筛;S3:滚动筛对石粉进行筛分,将石粉中粗料排掉,保留细料;S4:将步骤S3中制得的细料投入至洗沙机中进行冲洗,洗出的石粉砂经传送带传出打堆。本发明本发明石粉砂经过水洗处理后应用于C60高强混凝土中,其压碎指标、细度模数能够满足强度要求。利用石粉砂代替天然砂应用于C50‑C60高强混凝土,降低了混凝土原材料成本,同时最大限度的减少了对自然资源的破坏,为废弃的石粉资源综合利用提供了更大范围。
