Anti-freezing concrete
The invention relates to anti-freezing concrete which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 260-450 parts of cement, 900-1150 parts of coarse aggregate, 650-850 parts of fine aggregate, 3-6 parts of polypropylene fiber, 2-6 parts of a high-efficiency water reducing agent, 6-8 parts of an anti-freezing agent and 0.3-0.8 part of an air entraining agent. Compared with the prior art,the anti-freezing concrete has the beneficial effects that (1) the Portland cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the polypropylene fibers, the air entraining agent, the anti-freezing agent and the like are matched, and through reasonable proportioning, the anti-freezing concrete meeting the working performance and the mechanical performance can be prepared; (2) the preparation methodof the anti-freezing concrete is simple and efficient, the operation and control are convenient, and the product quality is stable.
本发明涉及一种抗冻混凝土,按重量份计数包含以下组分:水泥260‑450份、粗骨料900‑1150份、细骨料650‑850份、聚丙烯纤维3‑6份、高效减水剂2‑6份、抗冻剂6‑8份、引气剂0.3‑0.8份。与现有技术相比,有益效果(1):本发明通过将硅酸盐水泥、粗骨料、细骨料、聚丙烯纤维、引气剂、抗冻剂等相配合,通过合理的配比,可制备出满足工作性能和力学性能的抗冻混凝土。有益效果(2):本发明的抗冻混凝土制备方法简单高效,操作控制方便,产品质量稳定。
