The invention discloses a production process and a formula of a boron carbide bulletproof ceramic flashboard. The production process comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing raw materials; 2, refining a mud section; 3, vacuum refining; 4, inserting plate forming; 5, drying a green body; and 6, vacuum degreasing; wherein in the step 1, a plurality of formula auxiliary materials are added intosuperfine low-impurity B4C powder which is self-made in a factory, dry mixing is carried out in a V-shaped mixer, and then the mixed dry materials are further mutually dispersed and uniformly mixed through a high-speed crusher; the fully scattered and uniformly mixed dry powder is added into a kneading machine, and a plasticizer is added in proportion; after the superfine powder is selected, the process is adopted, so that good consistency of all points can be kept; the problem of non-uniform performance of each point of the plate caused by non-uniform filling during dry pressing molding is solved; the process is simple and easy to operate; and the double-curved-surface bulletproof flashboard is molded by adopting a double-curved-surface supporting mold, is molded plastically by upper grinding and light pressing, and can be pressed to obtain a rough surface feeling at the same time.
本发明公开了一种碳化硼防弹陶瓷插板的生产工艺及配方,包括以下步骤:步骤一,原料混合;步骤二,泥段炼制;步骤三,真空精炼;步骤四,插板成型;步骤五,坯体烘干;步骤六,真空脱脂;其中在上述步骤一中,将工厂自制的超细低杂质B4C粉加入数种配方辅料,在V型混料机干法混合,再将混合干料过高速粉碎机进一步相互分散混均;再将上述充分打散混均的干粉加入捏入机并按比例加入含有塑化剂;该发明选用超细粉体后采用此工艺,可以保持各点一致性好;解决干压成型时装填料不均匀会造成板各点性能不匀;本工艺简单易操作;还采用双曲面防弹插板成型采用双曲面托模,用上磨轻压即可塑性成型,并同时可压出表面毛糙感。
