Bulletproof flashboard and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of bulletproof flashboards, and provides a bulletproof flashboard and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method of the bulletproof flashboard comprises the steps that granulation powder is prepared and comprises 70-90 parts of alpha-silicon carbide, 1-5 parts of colloidal graphite, 1-5 parts of a binding agent, 1-5 parts of a flowing agent, 1-5 parts of a lubricating agent, 1-10 parts of water and 1-5 parts of ethyl alcohol; pressing the granulation powder into a biscuit by using a press; and sintering the biscuit at high temperature to obtain the bulletproof flashboard. The bulletproof flashboard pressing device is used for overcoming the defects that in the prior art, when a pressing machine is used for pressing bulletproof flashboards, the requirement for pressure of the pressing machine is too high, very large pressing machine pressure is needed, and cost is high, and the bulletproof flashboards can be obtained through pressing with small pressing machine pressure.
本发明涉及防弹插板领域,提供一种防弹插板及制备方法,其中防弹插板的制备方法包括:制备造粒粉,造粒粉包括:α‑碳化硅70‑90份,胶体石墨1‑5份,结合剂1‑5份,流动剂1‑5份,润滑剂1‑5份,水1‑10份,乙醇1‑5份;使用压机将造粒粉压制成素坯;将素坯进行高温烧结得到防弹插板。用以解决现有技术中使用压机压制防弹插板时对压机的压力需求太高,需要非常大的压机压力,成本高的缺陷,可以以较小的压机压力压制得到。
