The invention relates to a multistage fortified array type hollow combined section anti-collision device which is composed of anti-collision sections connected with one another. The anti-collision section comprises a device main body which comprises an inner steel sleeve, an outer steel sleeve sleeved outside the inner steel sleeve, a rubber ring arranged between the inner steel sleeve and the outer steel sleeve, and a light filler filled in a gap between the inner steel sleeve and the outer steel sleeve; a prestressed steel bundle which is reserved between the inner steel sleeve and the outersteel sleeve and penetrates through the rubber ring, and a plurality of transverse partition plates are further arranged between the inner steel sleeve and the outer steel sleeve at intervals; and arolling module or the sliding module which is fixed on the device main body and is in contact with a to-be-protected base structure. Compared with the prior art, on the premise that it is guaranteed that no damage or little damage is caused to the surface layer making contact with the bridge structure in the normal use state, multi-stage protection of the bridge structure under the ship impact load is achieved.
