The invention discloses a prestressed anchorage device, an anchoring assembly and an anchoring construction method. The prestressed anchorage device comprises a body, a filling groove is formed in thebody, an opening is formed in the filling groove, and the filling groove comprises two areas with different groove depths. The prestress anchoring assembly comprises the prestress anchorage device, and further comprises a fixing structure for fixing the prestress anchorage device and a tensioning mechanism for providing a tensioning effect. A carbon fiber rib is subjected to prestress tensioningfirstly, then the carbon fiber rib is jacked to the attached structural surface through a working anchor, and at the moment, due to the fact that the filling groove in the working anchor is arranged to be of a multi-dimensional wedge-shaped structure, after a curing adhesive is cured and formed, a wedge-shaped self-locking structure in multiple directions can be formed between the curing adhesiveand the working anchor; therefore, the carbon fiber rib material and the structural surface not only depend on bonding acting force, but also have high bearing capacity for lateral shearing force, andthe stability and durability of the whole structure are greatly improved.
本发明公开了预应力锚具、锚固组件及锚固施工方法,该预应力锚具包括本体,所述本体上设有填充凹槽,所述填充凹槽设有开口,且所述填充凹槽包括槽深不同的两个区域。预应力锚固组件则包括前述的预应力锚具,还包括将所述预应力锚具固定的固定结构、以及提供张拉作用的张拉机构。对碳纤维筋材先进行预应力张拉,再通过工作锚将碳纤维筋材顶紧至贴合结构面,此时由于工作锚内的填充凹槽设置为多维楔形的结构,当固化粘接剂固化成型后,固化粘接剂与工作锚之间会形成多方向上的楔形自锁结构,从而碳纤维筋材与结构面之间不仅仅依靠有粘接作用力,而且对于侧向剪力也具有较强的承受能力,极大的提高了整体结构的稳定性和耐久性。
