The position adjusting assembly is arranged and can be used for adjusting the distance between the lower anchor plate and the upper anchor plate, operation is convenient and fast, physical strength is saved, meanwhile, the steel strand is located between two rotating rollers, and due to the fact that the rotating rollers can rotate, hard friction is avoided, and the steel strand is prevented from being damaged.
