Deep stirring composite wall based on HDPE membranes and construction method
The invention provides a deep stirring composite wall based on HDPE membranes and a construction method. The deep stirring composite wall is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, a deepstirring wall is poor in anti-seepage function and not long enough in durability. The construction method includes the steps that firstly, parameters such as initial setting time of a deep stirring material are obtained through an experiment; the width of the HDPE membranes is selected according to the parameters, the HDPE membranes are welded and machined into an HDPE membrane unit, and a balance weight body is installed at the bottom of the membrane unit; a mounting frame composed of a guide frame and a tensioner is erected on a deep stirring site; before an initial setting time point, theHDPE membrane unit is vertically arranged in the deep stirring material downwards through the mounting frame, inserted through coupling connection locks, continuously arranged downwards, and fixed inplace through a suspension frame after being arranged downwards; and after the HDPE membrane unit is arranged downwards and a wall body has preset strength, the suspension frame is removed. The deep stirring composite wall based on the HDPE membranes is simple, the technological process is easy to operate, and meanwhile the anti-seepage performance and the durability of the deep stirring underground diaphragm wall are improved.
本发明提供了一种复合HDPE膜片的深层搅拌复合墙及施工方法,用以解决现有技术中深层搅拌墙防渗功能差,耐久性不够长的问题。所述施工方法首先通过实验获取深层搅拌材料的初凝时间等参数;根据参数选定HDPE膜片宽度,并焊接加工成HDPE膜片单元,在膜片单元底部安装配重体;在深层搅拌现场搭设由导向架、张紧器组成的安装架;在初凝时间点之前,通过安装架在深层搅拌材料中垂直下设HDPE膜片单元,并通过耦合连接锁插接,连续下设后续膜片单元,下设完成后通过悬挂架就位固定;全部下设完成、墙体具备预定强度后,移除悬挂架。本发明施工设备简单,工艺流程易操作,同时提高了深层搅拌地下连续墙的防渗性能和耐久性。
