Construction method of HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe drainage ditch
The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of a HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe drainage ditch. The construction method comprises the following steps that a drainage ditch groove is dug, meanwhile, corrugated pipes are cut along a center joint, the adjacent HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes are connected in the drainage ditch groove by using an elastic sealing rubber ring, and soil is backfilled in gaps between the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes and a road surface; and after a leakproofness test, the joint with the pavement is leveled by using cement mortar. According to the construction method of the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe drainage ditch, a prefabricated part formed by machining the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes in advance is adopted for construction, the high chemical stability, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance of the HDPE double-wall corrugated pipes are utilized, the service life of the drainage ditch is prolonged, the drainage ditch is not prone to scaling, and the circulation area cannot be reduced along with the increase of operation time; a ditch body of the drainage ditch is light in weight and very convenient to carry and connect, so that the construction is fast and convenient; and special protection measures are not needed during construction at the temperature of -30 DEG C or above, and construction is convenient in winter.
