The invention discloses a noise-proof inspection well lid. The noise-proof inspection well lid comprises a well lid mounting base; a step groove is formed in the top of the well lid mounting base at the position close to the inner side; a well lid plate is supported on the inner side of the step groove; fixed containing grooves are formed in the upper surface of the well lid plate at the positionsclose to two sides; portable handles are connected with the interiors of the fixed containing grooves; the inner sides of the portable handles are connected with one ends of rotating shafts; the other ends of the rotating shafts extend into the well lid mounting base; anti-disengaging connectors are connected between the rotating shafts and the portable handles and between the rotating shafts andthe well lid mounting base; a sealing gasket is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the well lid plate; the outer surfaces of the portable handles are sleeved with fixed sleeves; a mounting groove is formed in the well lid plate; and a silencing pad is embedded in the mounting groove. According to the noise-proof inspection well lid, the use safety of the inspection well lid can be improved, andthe stability of the well lid mounting base after mounting can be improved.
