Ends of four I-shaped beams are sequentially butted to form a rectangular frame structure in a surrounding manner; flange plates of every two butted I-shaped beams are fastened and connected through a connecting plate group and a first bolt group; webs of every twobutted I-shaped beams are fastened and connected through first angle steel and a second bolt group; one ends of four strip-shaped plates are in butt joint with the four connecting joints of the fourI-shaped beams correspondingly and are fastened and connected through a plurality of pieces of second angle steel, a third bolt group and the first bolt group; the other ends of the four strip-shapedplates are fastened and connected through a plurality of pieces of third angle steel and a fourth bolt group; and the four strip-shaped plates and the rectangular frame structure form a rectangular pyramid-shaped frame structure. The rectangular pyramid type composite frame structure is applied to connection of PFRP I-shaped beams and the strip-shaped plates, the structure and performance advantages of new materials can be effectively utilized, use and development of the new materials are promoted, and the rigidity and strength of the joint connection structure can be improved to the maximum extent.
本发明公开了一种四棱锥型复合材料框架结构及其连接方法和应用,四根工字梁的端头顺次对接围合成矩形框架结构;每两根对接的工字梁的翼缘板通过连接板组和第一螺栓组紧固连接;每两根对接的工字梁的腹板通过第一角钢和第二螺栓组紧固连接;四根条形板的一端分别与四根工字梁的四个连接节点对接,并通过多个第二角钢、第三螺栓组和第一螺栓组紧固连接;四根条形板的另一端通过多个第三角钢和第四螺栓组紧固连接;四根条形板和矩形框架结构形成四棱锥型框架结构。本发明将四棱锥型复合材料框架结构应用于PFRP工字梁和条形板连接,能够有效利用新材料的结构和性能优势,促进新材料的使用和发展,且能够最大程度提高节点连接结构的刚度和强度。
