Provided is an anti-leakage construction method suitable for a horizontal expansion joint. The method includes the steps that a, when a top plate structure is poured, a concrete structure reverse ridge is arranged at the position away from the edge of an expansion joint structure; b, the edge of the expansion joint structure is coated with a two-component polysulfide sealant, and V-shaped elementswith horizontal edges at the two sides are installed on the edge of the expansion joint structure and sealed through the sealant; c, the two edges of the V-shaped elements are fixed to the structuraledges of the two sides of the expansion joint through expansion bolts correspondingly; d, the V-shaped elements of the expansion joint is filled with waterproof factice in an embedded mode; e, a first waterproof coiled material is laid on the waterproof factice, and the two sides of the coiled material completely wrap the concrete structure reverse ridge; f, the first waterproof coiled material is filled with the waterproof factice in an embedded mode; g, a second waterproof coiled material is paved on the waterproof factice; and h, a fine aggregate concrete rigid protection layer is manufactured on the second waterproof coiled material. According to the anti-leakage construction method suitable for the horizontal expansion joint, the construction process is simplified, the construction benefit is increased, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved.
一种适用于水平伸缩缝的防渗漏施工方法,a、在顶板结构浇筑时,在距伸缩缝结构边缘处设置混凝土结构反坎,b、在伸缩缝结构边缘涂刷双组份聚硫密封胶,将两侧具有水平边沿的V型构件安装在伸缩缝结构边缘,通过密封胶密封;c、V型构件的两边沿再通过膨胀螺栓分别固定在伸缩缝两侧的结构边缘上;d、在伸缩缝的V型构件上嵌填防水油膏;e、在防水油膏上铺贴第一道防水卷材,卷材的两边完全包裹混凝土结构反坎;f、在第一道防水卷材上嵌填防水油膏;g、在防水油膏上铺贴第二道防水卷材;h、在第二道防水卷材上做细石混凝土刚性保护层。本发明简化了施工工艺、增加了施工效益、保证了施工质量、提高了施工效率。
