The heat storage layer comprises a structural plate, an accommodating cavity, a working medium bag, a first thermally conductive sheet, a second thermally conductive sheet, and an elastic airbag. The airbag heat-conducting fin extends from the interior of the elastic airbag to the surface of the heat-insulating layer. The first heat transfer sheet is arranged in the heat insulation layer, and when the elastic air bag is heated to expand, the elastic air bag raises the working medium bag, so that the first heat transfer sheet is clungto the first heat transfer sheet. The second heat transfer sheet is arranged in the wall body, and when the elastic air bag is cooled and contracted, the elastic air bag lowers the working medium bag,so that the first heat conducting sheet is separated from the first heat transfer sheet, and the second heat conducting sheet clings to the second heat transfer sheet. For the green building, the green building comprises the green building wall structure. The energy-saving environment-friendly heat-insulating material can store heat and reduce odor emission, and is good in heat-insulating property and beneficial to energy conservation.
