According to the invention, the placement rack can be stored in the storage groove in a windy day and is matched with the sealing plate to seal the storage groove, so that the damage of strong wind to potted plants can be avoided, and the contact surface of the placement rack and the sleeve rod can be ensured to be clean when the placement rack slides relative to the sleeve rod, so that the placement rack is not hindered by hard impurities; and the placement rack can be smoothly stored in the storage groove.
