The invention relates to the technical field of wall formworks and discloses a prefabricated wall formwork assembly. The prefabricated wall formwork assembly comprises a prefabricated outer wall layer, a prefabricated inner wall layer and a reinforcing structure, wherein the reinforcing structure is composed of a plurality of prefabricated positioning connecting fasteners; each prefabricated positioning connecting fastener comprises a connecting part, a front fastening part arranged at the front end of the connecting part and a rear fastening part arranged at the rear end of the connecting part; the prefabricated outer wall layer is formed by stacking a plurality of prefabricated outer wall formworks; front positioning connecting clamping grooves are formed in the peripheries of the prefabricated outer wall formworks; the prefabricated inner wall layer is formed by stacking a plurality of prefabricated inner wall formworks; and rear positioning connecting clamping grooves are formed inthe peripheries of the prefabricated inner wall formworks. The invention further discloses a manufacturing and mounting method of the prefabricated wall formwork assembly. The prefabricated wall formwork assembly has the advantages of high structural strength, high mounting efficiency and high reliability.
