Prefabricated assembly type formwork shear wall and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type formwork shear wall which comprises formworks located on the two sides and filled with concrete, a connecting piece used for connecting the two formworks and a reinforcement cage located between the two formworks, the connecting piece and the reinforcement cage are fixed together, and the connecting piece comprises a tie bar and end plates fixed to the two ends of the tie bar; and the end plates are embedded in the mold shell. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the prefabricated assembly type formwork shear wall, and the preparation method comprises the steps that the first formwork and the second formwork are manufactured, and the first end plate is pre-buried in the first formwork; the tie bars are fixed to the first end plate, and the tie bars are fixed to the steel reinforcement framework; a second end plate is pre-buried in the second formwork, and the tie bars and the second end plate are fixed; and concrete is poured into the first formwork and the second formwork, and the formwork shear wall is obtained. According to the prefabricated formwork shear wall and the preparation method thereof, the connection reliability can be improved, the anti-seismic property of the shear wall is improved, and the building quality is improved.
