The invention specifically discloses a specific ratio of the flexible waterproof bonding bottom layer to the waterproof coating surface layer with the heat preservation and heat insulation functions. The invention further discloses a construction method of the waterproof system. According to the invention, waterproof surface layer emulsion with heat preservation and heat insulation functions is sprayed on the polymer waterproof coiled material, so that the waterproof layer has waterproof and heat preservation effectsat the same time.
