Steel bar laying machine for constructional engineering
The invention discloses a steel bar laying machine for constructional engineering. The steel bar laying machine comprises a dragging trolley, a trolley frame, connecting beams, a height adjusting device and a transverse movement adjusting device. The trolley frame is fixed through the dragging trolley; the dragging trolley is provided with a coupling; the dragging trolley can be connected with anengineering vehicle through a coupling shaft; the height of the dragging trolley frame can be integrally adjusted through a jack; and the position of a steel bar can be detected through a detector, sothat adjustment can be made. The trolley frame is used for carrying steel bars to be laid. The height adjusting device is connected with the dragging trolley through the connecting beams, so that automatic walking of steel bar laying can be achieved. The height adjusting device adjusts the overall height of the transverse movement adjusting device through a height adjusting oil cylinder, so thatthe steel bars which are laid at present can be collected or can fall down. The steel bars in a guide frame can be subjected to transverse position adjustment through the transverse movement adjustingdevice, so that the steel bars can be accurately laid.
本发明公开一种建筑工程用钢筋铺设机,包括拖拉小车、车架、连接梁、高度调整装置、横移调整装置。通过拖拉小车将车架固定,拖拉小车自带连挂,通过连挂轴可以将拖拉小车与工程用车相连接,通过千斤顶可以整体调整拖拉车架的高度,通过探测器可以检测出钢筋的位置,从而可以做出调整。车架用来放置带铺设的钢筋。连接梁将高度调整装置和拖拉小车相连,这样可以实现钢筋铺设的自动化走行。高度调整装置通过高度调整油缸调整横移调整装置的整体高度,从而可以将正在铺设的钢筋进行收起或落下。通过横移调整装置可以对导向框内的钢筋进行横向的位置调整,从而能够精确的铺设钢筋。
