Method for connecting reinforcing steel bars with semi-grouting sleeves of fabricated precast concrete members
The invention provides a method for connecting reinforcing steel bars with semi-grouting sleeves of fabricated precast concrete members. The method comprises the following steps that 1, the actual deviation quantity of the reinforcing steel bars is measured, and the method is suitable for the situation that the actual deviation quantity of the reinforcing steel bars is smaller than the radius of acircular column cap of the reinforcing steel bars; 2, the end, inserted into the sleeve, of an existing reinforcing steel bar is subjected to upsetting by utilizing a reinforcing steel bar upsettingmachine and a reinforcing steel bar upsetting die to form an upset reinforcing steel bar; and 3, the redundant reinforcing steel bar part of the upset reinforcing steel bar is cut off through machining, the machined reinforcing steel bar with the round column cap is formed, or the upset reinforcing steel bar and the reinforcing steel bar head inserted into one end of the sleeve are installed in abutt joint mode. The method is easy to operate, the installation construction time is saved, the installation efficiency is improved, and reliable guarantee is provided for the quality of the next grouting construction.
本发明提供了一种装配式预制混凝土构件半灌浆套筒连接钢筋的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:测量钢筋实际偏位量,本方法适用于钢筋实际偏位量小于钢筋的圆形柱帽半径的情形;步骤二:利用钢筋镦粗机和钢筋镦粗模具对现有钢筋插入套筒的一端进行镦粗,形成镦粗后钢筋;步骤三:将镦粗后钢筋通过机加工削去多余钢筋部分,形成带有圆形柱帽的机加工后钢筋,或将镦粗加工好的一截钢筋与插入套筒的一端钢筋头对接安装。该方法操作简单,既节约安装施工时间,提高安装效率,又为下一道灌浆施工质量提供了可靠的保证。
