Positioning device and positioning method for fabricated precast concrete column reinforcing steel bars
The invention provides a positioning device and method for fabricated precast concrete column steel bars. The positioning device comprises a frame-shaped mold, and a plurality of positioning holes distributed at intervals are formed in the peripheral edge area of the frame-shaped mold; and the layout of the plurality of positioning holes corresponds to the layout of column longitudinal bars of the precast concrete column. The positioning device adopts an assembly type assembly mode, and compared with a fixed formwork, the operation process of reinforcing steel bar machining is simplified. Meanwhile, the positioning device can improve the accuracy of steel bar positioning, the problem that the position of the steel bar is inaccurate in traditional construction is solved, and the quality and stability of the prefabricated column are ensured. In addition, the positioning device is low in design and manufacturing cost, is more suitable for construction application of fabricated concrete members and prefabricated concrete columns, meets construction requirements, reduces production cost, and improves benefits, construction efficiency and construction quality.
