The inward tilt-turn door and window is characterized in that a window body comprises a fixed frame located on the outer side and a movable frame located on the inner side, an automatic clutch window opener is installed in the fixed frame, a swing rod of the automatic clutch window opener is connected with the movableframe, and the swing rod rotates to drag the movable frame to be opened and closed; a lever handle and an automatic clutch electric lock are arranged on the movable frame, and the lever handle is connected with the automatic clutch electric lock through a connecting shaft; and an inward tilt-turn hinge is arranged between the fixed frame and the movable frame. The inward tilt-turn door and windowhas a common manual door and window opening and closing mode and can be automatically switched to an automatic opening and closing mode at any time; and use is convenient, and the inward-opening andinward-tilting functions are achieved.
