The device comprises a buoyancy cylinder; a water jettingnozzle arranged at one end of the buoyancy cylinder, wherein the outlet end of the water jetting nozzle is arranged on the side away from the buoyancy cylinder, and the inlet end of the water jettingnozzle is used for being connected with a pressure water pipeline; a sonar system arranged on one side of the buoyancy cylinder; and a control unit connected with the sonar system. According to the pipeline detection device, the water jetting nozzle is used for jetting water flow to serve as drive, walking in a pipeline is achieved, the sonar system is used for detecting the internal condition ofthe pipeline, and the detection accuracy is improved.
