The invention provides an integrated on-orbit repair system and relates to the technical field of rail flaw detection repair. The integrated on-orbit repair system comprises an on-orbit walking mechanism, and a tool magazine, a rail flaw detection mechanism and a rail repair mechanism which are arranged on the on-orbit walking mechanism, wherein the on-orbit walking mechanism comprises a support table and a walking wheel mechanism arranged on the lower surface of the support table, the track flaw detection mechanism is arranged on the lower surface of the supporting plate and used for detecting damage information of a track, the track repairing mechanism is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting plate and located at one end of the supporting table, and the tool magazine is arranged on the upper surface of the supporting table and located behind the track repairing mechanism; the tool magazine is used for carrying an additive tool and a subtractive tool, and the rail repairingmechanism is suitable for conducting additive operation and subtractive operation step by step by switching the additive tool and the subtractive tool. The system is for flaw detection and repair of the rail, and the repair effect and machining efficiency are improved.
