Simple liquid alkali-free setting accelerator and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a simple liquid alkali-free setting accelerator and a preparation method thereof. The setting accelerator comprises the following raw material components in parts by mass: 300-400 parts of tap water, 20-60 parts of mineral powder, 450-550 parts of aluminum sulfate, 20-60 parts of organic amine, 1-10 parts of organic acid, 50-100 parts of fluorine-silicon compound and 5-20 parts of a suspending agent. The mineral powder is one or two of kaolin, bauxite, calcium aluminate and calcium carbonate, and the particle size of the mineral powder is 100-500 meshes; the organic amine is one or more of triisopropanolamine, diethylenetriamine, triethylene tetramine and triethanolamine; the fluorine-silicon compound is one or two of fluosilicic acid, ammonium fluosilicate and zincfluosilicate; and the suspending agent is ultrafine powder of diatomite, bentonite and hydrated magnesium silicate. The invention also provides a preparation method of the accelerator. The inventionrelates to a liquid alkali-free setting accelerator containing polyaluminum sulfate, which can be produced under simple preparation process conditions, and simultaneously confirms that the setting time of the alkali-free setting accelerator meets the national standard.
