The invention discloses a steel pipe based on an Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2 system ceramic lining and a preparation method of the steel pipe, in the preparation process, two materials of SiO2 and ZrO2 are used as additives on the basis of a single thermite so as to prepare a ceramic lining composite pipe with high density and fracture toughness. In the preparation process, firstly, the thermite and the additive are weighed and mixed, moisture in powder is removed through drying, the powder is evenly mixed through ball milling, the mixture is laid in a steel pipe and then combusted, a filling layer is formed in the steel pipe, the additive is prepared from ZrO2 and SiO2 according to a certain mass ratio, and the total mass of the additive accounts for 10%-15% of the total mass of the powder; the selected powder is dried, mixed, filled and ignited and then subjected to a high-temperature self-propagating reaction to synthesize the ceramic lining composite steel pipe.
本发明公开了一种基于Al2O3‑SiO2‑ZrO2体系陶瓷内衬的钢管及其制备方法,制备过程中在在单一铝热剂的基础上使用SiO2与ZrO2两种材料作为添加剂,以达到制备一种高致密度和断裂韧性陶瓷内衬复合管。制备过程中,首先称量并混合铝热剂和添加剂,烘干去除粉料中的水分,通过球磨将粉料混合均匀,铺入钢管内后通过燃烧,在钢管内部形成填充层,本发明提供了一种由ZrO2和SiO2按照一定质量比配置而成的添加剂,添加剂总量占粉料总质量的10%~15%;所选粉料经烘干、混合、填充并点燃后发生高温自蔓延反应合成陶瓷内衬复合钢管。
