The invention relates to a production raw material of a zirconia brick for an extra-high temperature carbon black furnace. The production raw material is composed of zirconia powder, Al2O3 micro-powder, zirconium dioxide sol and dextrin. The total proportion of the production raw materials is as follows in percentage by mass: 2-4% of Al2O3 micro powder, 2.5-3.5% of zirconium dioxide sol, 1.5-2.0%of dextrin and the balance of zirconium oxide powder. The zirconium oxide brick for the ultra-high temperature carbon black furnace has the following parameter properties: ZrO2 is greater than or equal to 80%, and the volume density is greater than or equal to 4.85 g/cm3; the normal-temperature compressive strength is greater than or equal to 35 MPa, and the compressive strength can reach 100 MPaor above after high-temperature sintering; and the thermal expansion coefficient (200-1000 DEG C) is 9.0*10<-6> (1/DEG C). The thermal shock stability (1100 DEG C water cooling) is more than or equalto 3 times. The heat conductivity coefficient is 3-4W/m.K. The long-term use temperature ranges from 2100 DEG C to 2300 DEG C; and the zirconia brick is kept stable in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres.
