A production method of an anti-seepage integrated furnace mouth carbon brick comprises the following steps: preparing silicon carbide particles and silicon carbide powder in proportion; adding 1/3 of the total amount of the silicon carbide particles and the silicon carbide powder into a mixing and kneading device, uniformly mixing, adding the remaining 2/3 of the total amount of the silicon carbide particles and the silicon carbide powder into the mixing and kneading device in a manner of adding the asphalt and the adhesive while adding the silicon carbide particles and the silicon carbide powder, and continuously stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed to form a paste material; taking the paste out of a pot, airing, extruding to form a green carbon block, and cooling and shaping the green carbon block in water; placing the green carbon blocks subjected to water cooling in a roasting furnace layer by layer for roasting; after the roasting furnace is cooled to the discharging condition, the carbon blocks are taken out layer by layer, firstly, metallurgical coke particles on the upper layer are sucked away in a negative pressure suction mode, and then the exposed roasted carbon blocks are taken out; and stacking the taken-out roasted carbon blocks, cooling to room temperature, and machining to obtain a finished product. According to the carbon block produced by the invention, the raw materials can be uniformly mixed, and the uniformity of internal and external physical and chemical indexes of the roasted carbon block is ensured.
