Preparation method of boron-containing polymer precursor ceramic
The invention relates to a preparation method of boron-containing polymer precursor ceramic, and belongs to the field of ceramic preparation. The preparation method of the boron-containing polymer precursor ceramic comprises the following steps: 1) in a protective atmosphere, stirring and mixing a liquid ceramic precursor and a curing agent to obtain a mixture, wherein the liquid ceramic precursorcontains a double bond group; 2) curing the mixture to obtain a cured product; 3) treating the cured product obtained in the step 2) with borane to obtain a boron-containing cured product; and 4) pyrolyzing the boron-containing cured product in a protective atmosphere to obtain the boron-containing polymer precursor ceramic. According to the preparation method of the boron-containing polymer precursor ceramic, borane reacts with a cured product of a polymer precursor to form a micro-pore channel serving as an exhaust channel during pyrolysis, so that the internal pressure of the material in the sintering process is reduced, cracking is avoided, and the large-size and nearly-compact boron-containing polymer precursor ceramic is prepared by a simple, convenient and efficient method.
本发明涉及一种含硼聚合物先驱体陶瓷的制备方法,属于陶瓷制备领域。该含硼聚合物先驱体陶瓷的制备方法包括以下步骤:1)在保护气氛下,将液态陶瓷先驱体和固化剂搅拌混合,得到混合物;所述液态陶瓷先驱体含有双键基团;2)将混合物固化,得到固化物;3)使用硼烷对步骤2)所得固化物进行处理,得到含硼固化物;4)在保护气氛下,将含硼固化物进行热解,即得。该含硼聚合物先驱体陶瓷的制备方法利用硼烷和聚合物先驱体的固化物反应,形成微孔道作为热解时排气的通道,减小烧结过程中材料内部的压力而避免开裂,以简便、高效的方法制备大尺寸、近致密的含硼聚合物先驱体陶瓷。
