Method for recovering jacket by means of buoyancy tank
The invention discloses a method for recovering a jacket by virtue of a buoyancy tank. The method comprises the following steps of floating and deflecting a part of the jacket above an underwater cutting position by virtue of buoyancy tank load adjustment, inclining the tail part of a barge towards the sea surface by virtue of barge load adjustment to generate a longitudinal inclination angle to facilitate butt joint of the jacket, realizing butt joint of the jacket and the barge by virtue of a floating crane and a winch on the barge, and finally, dragging the jacket onto the barge by the winch on the barge. The buoyancy tank provides force for the jacket to float upwards, the jacket is prevented from being recovered by using a large floating crane, meanwhile, in the process that the jacket reversely slides onto the barge, the buoyancy tank continues to provide a part of upward supporting force, a floating crane with a small magnitude can be selected, the defect that a traditional hoisting dismantling method depends on a large floating crane is overcome, the economic cost is saved, more choices are provided for a platform dismantling mode, the effect of the buoyancy tank is fully utilized, the dependence of jacket recovering operation on the large floating crane is reduced, the engineering cost is controlled, and the jacket dismantling and recovering risk is reduced.
本发明公开了一种借助浮箱回收导管架的方法,通过浮箱调载使导管架在水下切割位置以上的部分上浮并偏转,通过驳船调载使驳船尾部朝海面倾斜,产生纵倾角方便对接导管架,并借助浮吊和驳船上的绞车实现导管架与驳船对接,最后由驳船上的绞车将导管架拖拉上驳船,浮箱为导管架上浮提供力,避免使用大型浮吊回收导管架,同时在导管架逆滑移至驳船上过程中,浮箱继续提供一部分向上的支撑力,可以选择量级小一些的浮吊,解决了传统吊装拆除方法依赖大型浮吊的缺点,节约了经济成本,为平台拆除方式提供更多选择,充分利用了浮箱的作用,降低了导管架回收作业对大型浮吊的依赖,控制了工程成本和降低了导管架拆除回收的风险。
