The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a top-down multi-ramming expanding head concrete pile. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that 1, the ramming expanding position is determined; 2, a pile driver is in place; 3, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are sunk to the uppermost ramming and expanding position; 4, the inner pipe is pulled out; 5, concrete is poured; 6, aninner pipe is inserted; 7, the outer pipe is pulled upwards by h; 8, ramming is performed to form a ramming and expanding head; 9, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are sunk to the position of the next ramming and expanding head; 10, the inner pipe is pulled out; 11, concrete is poured; 12, an inner pipe is inserted; 13, the outer pipe is pulled up by h; 14, ramming is performed to form a rammingand expanding head; 15, the steps are executed repeatedly to form all ramming and expanding heads; 16, the multi-head concrete rammed and expanded pile is obtained. According to the method, the ramming heads are obtained through gradual ramming from top to bottom, it is guaranteed that each section of ramming head can reach the preset outer diameter, and it is guaranteed that the D value meets the preset construction requirement through the method that the D value and the h value are determined firstly and then the H value is determined.
