Construction process of rammed and expanded pile
The invention provides a construction process of a rammed and expanded pile. The construction process comprises the following steps of preparing bagged dry concrete; preparing an inner pipe, an outer pipe and a reinforcement cage; measuring and setting out; tamping the outer pipe to be inserted into an underground soil body, and sinking the bagged dry concrete into the ground; pouring initial setting concrete into the outer pipe; tamping the inner pipe to be inserted into the underground soil body, and jacking the initial setting concrete into the ground; and tamping the initial setting concrete, and pulling out the inner pipe and the outer pipe at the same time. By adopting the construction process of the technical scheme, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are tamped alternately through a rammer, finally, the initial setting concrete is tamped and expanded to form a bottom ramming and expanding head, pile bottom soil is compacted through ramming of the rammer, due to the fact that the outer diameter of the inner pipe is smaller than the inner diameter of the outer pipe, the outer pipe is tamped first, and then the inner pipe is tamped, so that the concrete is compacted, the sectional area of the pile end is increased through the pile bottom ramming and expanding head, and the loading force of the pile end is increased. The defects that the rammed and expanded pile cannot penetrate through a hard soil layer to enter a pile bottom bearing layer and the side resistance of a uniform-section pile body is small are overcome.
本发明提供了一种夯扩桩施工工艺,包括以下步骤:制备袋装干砼;制备内管、外管和钢筋笼;测量放线;夯击外管使其插入地下土体内并将袋装干砼沉入地下;向外管内灌注初凝混凝土;夯击内管使其插入地下土体内并将初凝混凝土顶入地下;夯击初凝混凝土并同时拔出内管和外管。采用本发明的技术方案,通过夯锤交替夯击内外管,并最后夯击初凝混凝土扩孔形成底部夯扩夯扩大头,夯锤夯击挤密了桩底土体,由于内管外径小于外管内径,先夯击外管而后夯击内管,使混凝土压紧密实,桩底夯扩大头加大了桩端截面积,增大了桩端载力。解决了夯扩桩无法穿透较硬土层进入桩底持力层且等截面桩体侧阻力小的弊端。
