The invention discloses an immersed tube cement mixing pile, a construction process and an immersed tube device. The immersed tube device comprises an immersed tube and a grouting tube, wherein the immersed tube comprises an inner tube and an outer tube; the upper end of the inner tube is flush with the upper end of the outer tube; the bottom end of the inner tube is higher than the bottom end ofthe outer tube; the bottom end of the inner tube is connected with the bottom end of the outer tube through a conical sealing plate; an annular supporting plate is further arranged between the inner tube and the outer tube; a mounting hole is formed in the annular supporting plate; the grouting tube is arranged between the inner tube and the outer tube of the immersed tube through the mounting hole; and a 90-degree elbow is arranged at the lower end of the grouting tube. A mixed soil body and cement grout are limited in the immersed tube through the double-layer immersed tube, so that the mixed soil body and the cement grout can be fully and uniformly mixed; and secondly, after a mixing pile body is constructed, the grouting tube is used for grouting the pile body and a peripheral soil body interface in the process of pulling out the immersed tube, so that the quality uniformity of the cement mixing pile body is improved, the compressive strength of the cement mixing pile body is enhanced, the frictional resistance and the end resistance of the pile body are improved, and the bearing capacity of the cement mixing pile can be remarkably improved.
本发明公开了一种沉管水泥土搅拌桩及施工工艺与沉管装置,沉管装置包括沉管和注浆管,沉管包括内管和外管,内管的上端与外管的上端齐平,内管的底端高于外管的底端,内管的底端通过锥形封口板与外管的底端连接,内管与外管之间还设置环形支撑板,环形支撑板上开设安装孔;注浆管通过安装孔设置在沉管的内管和外管之间;注浆管的下端设置90°弯头;本发明通过双层沉管将被搅拌土体和水泥浆液限制在沉管内,使二者能够充分拌和均匀,其次,在搅拌桩体施工完毕沉管拔出过程中利用注浆管对桩体和外围土体界面进行注浆,提高水泥土搅拌桩桩身质量均匀性,增强其抗压强度,桩身摩阻力和端阻力提升,水泥土搅拌桩的承载力能够显著提高。
