The invention relates to a vibration tube pile sinking machine set and a construction process for continuously driving and pulling a pile by adopting the machine set, an original walking type pile frame is changed into a crawler crane to act, the characteristic of flexible movement of the crawler crane is utilized, after pile sinking, the crawler crane can move to carry out pile sinking operation of a next pile, at the moment, gravels can be added to a front pile, and the gravels can be added to a rear pile; an adjusting frame is arranged on the crawler crane, the bottom of the adjusting frame is fixed through a bottom fixing oil cylinder, the position above the pile frame is adjusted through a mast, the position below the pile frame is adjusted through the adjusting frame, and the perpendicularity of gravel pile driving and pile pulling is guaranteed; in the using process, the mast adjusts the position of the pile frame, and the vibration lifting mechanism drives the lifting rope to drive the vibration hammer to move up and down on the pile frame through the slideway frame to pile or pull piles.
本发明涉及一种振动沉管桩机组与采用该机组进行连续性打拔桩的施工工艺,将原本步履式桩架转用为履带式起重机进行作用,利用履带式起重机移动灵活的特点,沉桩后即可移动进行下一根桩的沉桩作业,此时,前桩可添加碎石,添加完成后再进行拔桩作业,如此往返作业,大大提高施工效率,而履带式起重机上设置调节架,调节架底部再通过底部固定油缸固定,桅杆调节桩架上方位置,调节架调节桩架下方位置,保证碎石桩打桩与拔桩时的垂直度,在使用过程中桅杆调节桩架位置,振动升降机构带动吊绳驱使振动锤通过滑道架可在桩架上下移动打桩或拔桩。
