Water for cooling an oil cylinder is provided by collecting rainwater, meanwhile, wind power generation can be achieved through a wind cup when an excavator is not used, electric energy is provided for a cooling fan accordingly, and the outer circle face of the oil cylinder is sleeved with a cooling sleeve internally provided with a cooling water way.
