The invention relates to the technical field of reinforced concrete assembled building structure engineering. A low-storey and multi-storey full-prefabricated assembled concrete structure is composedof a plurality of prefabricated shear wall panels, prefabricated columns, prefabricated beams and full-prefabricated floor slabs, wherein the prefabricated shear wall panels are connected through drybolt connecting structures, and the prefabricated columns are vertically connected through full-dry bolts; and the full-prefabricated floor slabs and the prefabricated beams are connected in a lap joint mode, the prefabricated beams and corresponding steel bar rings in the full-prefabricated floor slabs are connected through a plurality of longitudinal connecting steel bars, stirrup caps are arranged at the ends of the steel bar rings, the prefabricated beams and the prefabricated columns are in dry connection through bolts, and the full-prefabricated floor slabs are spliced through steel barrings. The problems of full-prefabricated component wall panel connection, frame column connection, beam and floor slab connection, joint connection between the floor slabs under the condition of non-wet operation or less-wet operation and the like in a low-storey and multi-storey full-splicing system can be effectively solved.
本发明涉及钢筋混凝土装配式建筑结构工程技术领域,所述低、多层全预制装配式混凝土结构由若干个预制剪力墙墙板、预制柱、预制梁、全预制楼板组成;各预制剪力墙墙板之间采用干式螺栓连接结构实现连接,各所述预制柱的竖向连接均采用全干法的螺栓连接;所述全预制楼板与预制梁之间采用搭接方式进行连接,通过若干个纵向连接钢筋连接预制梁以及全预制楼板的内部对应的钢筋环并在其端部设置箍筋帽,预制梁与预制柱采用螺栓干式连接,全预制楼板的拼接采用钢筋环连接,本发明能够有效解决了低、多层全拼装体系中各全预制构件墙板连接、框架柱连接、梁与楼板连接、楼板之间的在无湿作业或少湿作业的情况下的节点连接问题等。
