The support comprises a vertical seismic isolation unit and a horizontal sliding unit which are connected with each other, wherein the vertical seismic isolation unit comprises a plurality of belleville spring sets or/ and a plurality of spiral spring sets, a sliding pair of the horizontal sliding unit is composed of afriction material plate and a sliding panel, and the friction material plate and a middle lower connecting plate are supported by a component arranged by a laminated rubber steel plate; meanwhile, thesupport has the seismic-vibration double-control capacity of isolating horizontal and vertical earthquakes or vibration; and the support is simple in structure, good in energy consumption effect, lowin manufacturing cost, convenient to install and suitable for engineering structures with seismic-vibration double-control requirements.
