The invention provides a double-heat-preservation composite board sandwich type steel frame outer wall structure and a construction method thereof. A structural wall body of the outer wall structure comprises a wall surface purline, an outer composite heat preservation wallboard, and an inner composite heat preservation wallboard; the wall surface purline is fixed on a steel frame; and the inner composite heat preservation wallboard and the outer composite heat preservation wallboard are respectively fixed on the inner side and the outer side of the wall surface purline through self-tapping screws. According to the double-heat-preservation composite board sandwich type steel frame outer wall structure and the construction method thereof, the wall surface purline is arranged on the basis ofa traditional outer wall steel frame, the inner composite heat preservation wallboard and the outer composite heat preservation wallboard are fixed to the wall surface purline through self-tapping screws, and the self-tapping screws for fixing the inner composite heat preservation wallboard and the outer composite heat preservation wallboard are staggered and do not make contact with each other,so that a direct propagation path of indoor and outdoor heat is blocked, and the influence of the cold and hot bridge effect generally existing in prefabricated buildings is effectively reduced; a sandwich layer (a middle cavity) formed between the inner composite heat preservation wallboard and the outer composite heat preservation wallboard enhances the heat preservation and sound insulation performance of a whole house; and the outer wall structure is particularly suitable for prefabricated projects with high requirements for construction quality, construction efficiency, energy-saving effect and durability.
本发明提供一种双保温复合板夹心型钢框架外墙结构及其施工方法,该外墙结构的结构墙体包括墙面檩条、外复合保温墙板和内复合保温墙板,墙面檩条固定在钢框架上,内、外复合保温墙板分别通过自攻钉固定在墙面檩条的内侧和外侧。本发明在传统的外墙钢框架基础上设置墙面檩条,内、外复合保温墙板通过自攻钉固定在墙面檩条上,且固定内、外复合保温墙板的自攻钉相互错开,不接触,从而阻挡了室内外热量的直接传播路径,有效降低装配式建筑普遍存在的冷热桥效应影响;内、外复合保温墙板之间所形成的夹心层(中间空腔)增强了整个房屋的保温和隔音性能;本发明外墙结构尤其适用于施工质量、施工效率、节能效果和耐久性有较高要求的装配式项目。
