The invention discloses a vibration snow removing device and a snow removing method, and belongs to the field of snow removing equipment. The vibration snow removing device comprises a vibration module and an environment detection module, wherein the vibration module is fixedly mounted above a roof, a preset included angle is formed between the upper surface of the vibration module and the ground,and snow blocks are accumulated on the vibration module; and the environment detection module is fixedly mounted above the vibration module and electrically connected with the vibration module. The thickness of accumulated snow on a snow removing film is detected through the environment detection module, when the thickness of the accumulated snow exceeds a preset value, the vibration module is started to transmit mechanical force to the accumulated snow blocks, the snow blocks gradually slide down from the roof under the action of gravity of the snow blocks by the aid of vibration force, andthe device solves the problem that a mechanical transmission type snow removing device in the prior art is complex in structure, large in size and mass and high in energy consumption and cannot be used for removing snow in greenhouses and photovoltaic solar panels.
