SNOW REMOVING DEVICE AND SNOW REMOVING METHOD
The purpose of the present invention is to allow an operator of a tractor, without having to make special modifications or install special mechanisms on the tractor side, to remove snow by driving the tractor forward while the operator is facing and looking forward, thereby making the snow removing device easier to use and improving work efficiency. The present invention provides a snow removing device which is to be connected to a tractor (T) that has a rear portion provided with a connector (1) and PTO shaft (2), said snow removing device having an auger case (14) that rotatably supports and covers an auger (10) and that is provided with: a blower (20) that discharges snow; and a transmission unit (40) that is to be coupled to the PTO shaft (2) and that transmits rotation to a main rotary shaft (11) of the auger (10) and a blower shaft (21) of the blower (20). The auger case (14) is provided with a forward facing connecting body (30) that can connect to the connector (1) of the tractor (T) at a forward facing position (X), where the auger (10) is disposed exposed toward the front of the tractor (T). The transmission unit (40) is provided with a forward facing coupler (45) that can couple to the PTO shaft (2) at the forward facing position (X) from outside the auger (10) via a coupling shaft body (41).
La présente invention vise à permettre à un opérateur d'un tracteur, sans devoir apporter de modifications spéciales ni installer de mécanismes spéciaux sur le côté tracteur, d'enlever la neige en conduisant un tracteur vers l'avant, tandis que l'opérateur fait face et regarde vers l'avant, en facilitant ainsi l'utilisation du dispositif de déneigement et en améliorant l'efficacité de travail. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de déneigement, qui doit être relié à un tracteur (T) qui a une partie arrière ayant un raccord (1) et un arbre PTO (2), ledit dispositif de déneigement ayant un boîtier de tarière (14) qui porte de façon rotative une tarière (10) et recouvre cette dernière et qui comprend : une soufflante (20) qui évacue la neige ; et une unité de transmission (40) qui doit être accouplée à l'arbre PTO (2) et qui transmet une rotation à un arbre rotatif principal (11) de la tarière (10) et un arbre de soufflante (21) de la soufflante (20). Le boîtier de tarière (14) comprend un corps de raccordement dirigé vers l'avant (30) qui peut être relié au raccord (1) du tracteur (T) dans une position dirigée vers l'avant (X), dans laquelle la tarière (10) est disposée exposée vers l'avant du tracteur (T). L'unité de transmission (40) comprend un coupleur dirigé vers l'avant (45) qui peut s'accoupler à l'arbre PTO (2) dans la position dirigée vers l'avant (X) depuis l'extérieur de la tarière (10) par l'intermédiaire d'un corps d'arbre de couplage (41).
