The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to protection and stabilization equipment for high-rise building construction. The protection and stabilization equipment comprises a handrail, a basket bottom and a mounting frame, wherein a support unit is arranged above the basket bottom, the support unit is located on the side, which is close to an outer wall, of the basket bottom, the support unit comprises a power piece, a support rod, a support plate and a locking assembly, the power piece is used for driving the support rod to rotate, the vertical section of thesupport plate is in an L shape, the locking assembly comprises an electromagnet, and the electromagnet is fixed to the handrail and is used for attracting the support plate. The protection and stabilization equipment for the high-rise building construction is provided with a support platform, so that workers can construct the upper outer wall in the condition that the height of a suspension platform is not adjusted.
