Self-compacting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof. The self-compacting concrete is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 20.04-20.45 wt% of cement, 45.14-45.54 wt% of broken stone, 26.11-26.52 wt% of medium sand, 5.84-6.28 wt% of water, 0.43-0.47 wt% of an air-entraining water reducing agent and 1.42-1.82 wt% of stone powder produced at thesite of a construction project. The stone powder is selected from bluestone powder, shale rock powder or a composition thereof; therefore, by adding the air entraining agent and the stone powder intothe concrete, the fluidity and workability of the concrete are improved, and the concrete meets the self-compacting requirement, so that the method is suitable for preparing the self-compacting concrete under the condition of no concrete admixtures such as fly ash, mineral powder and silica fume, the construction cost can be effectively reduced, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种自密实混凝土及其配制方法,所述自密实混凝土的组成配比包括20.04至20.45wt%的水泥、45.14至45.54wt%的碎石、26.11至26.52wt%的中砂、5.84至6.28wt%的水、0.43至0.47wt%的引气减水剂、以及1.42至1.82wt%的建设项目所在地生产的石粉;其中,所述石粉选自青石粉、页岩石粉或其组成;借此,通过在混凝土中添加引气剂和石粉提高混凝土的流动性和和易性,使混凝土达到自密实要求,从而适用于无粉煤灰、矿粉、硅灰等混凝土掺合料条件下的自密实混凝土配制,能有效降低施工成本、保证施工质量。
