Recycled steel fiber concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses recycled steel fiber concrete which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 322-358 parts of cement, 550-615 parts of sand, 110-156 parts of fly ash, 936-972 parts of stone, 66-104 parts of tire rubber aggregate, 12-14 parts of a water reducing agent, 142-160 parts of water and 92-138 parts of modified steel fibers. The modified steel fibers are formed by sequentially carrying out acid pickling and lignin epoxy resin modification on regenerated steel fibers recycled from waste tires. The recycled steel fiber concrete can further show excellent mechanicalproperties and chloride ion penetration resistance on the basis of realizing resource utilization of waste tires, and is suitable for popularization and application.
本发明公开了一种再生钢纤维混凝土,各组分及其所占重量份数包括:水泥322~358份,砂550~615份,粉煤灰110~156份,石936~972份,轮胎橡胶集料66~104份,减水剂12~14份,水142~160份,改性钢纤维92~138份,其中所述改性钢纤维通过将废轮胎中回收得到的再生钢纤维依次进行酸洗和木质素环氧树脂改性而成。本发明所得再生钢纤维混凝土在实现废弃轮胎资源化利用的基础上,可进一步表现出优异的力学性能和抗氯离子渗透性能,适合推广应用。
