The invention provides recycled PET fiber reinforced recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof.The recycled concrete is prepared from, by mass, 360-380 parts of cement, 580-620 parts of sand, 580-620 parts of natural coarse aggregate, 580-620 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 7-28 parts of PET fiber, 150-170 parts of water and 2-3 parts of a water reducing agent, the recycled coarse aggregate is waste concrete coarse particles with the particle size ranging from 4.75 mm to 26.5 mm, and the recycled coarse aggregate is waste concrete coarse particles with the particle size ranging from 4.75 mm to 26.5 mm. The prepared concrete is recycled concrete with the recycled aggregate replacement rate of 50%. The recycled concrete formed by crushing the waste concrete is used as a substitute of the natural gravel, so that the problem of shortage of the natural gravel can be effectively solved; the regenerated plastic fiber is used as a substitute of common steel fiber, basalt fiber and synthetic large-class fiber, and can effectively relieve the problems of mineral fiber resource shortage, increasingly serious white pollution and the like.
