High-strength porcelain biscuit and preparation method thereof
A high-strength porcelain biscuit comprises the following raw materials: base materials and a reinforcing material; the base materials comprise the following raw materials by weight: 23-27 parts of quartz, 22-28 parts of calcite, 5-8 parts of kaolin, 5-8 parts of montmorillonite, 10-16 parts of an aggregate and 3-5 parts of waste glass; the reinforcing material comprises the following raw materials by weight: 2-5 parts of carbon fiber microspheres. The specific preparation method comprises the steps: respectively carrying out ball milling, sieving, drying and grinding on all base materials, and uniformly mixing; dispersing the carbon fiber microspheres into the base materials, adding water, stirring, putting into a porcelain model, and carrying out casting molding to obtain a semi-finishedproduct A; wrapping the periphery of the semi-finished product A with tinfoil, putting the semi-finished product A into a Jun kiln, firing, and cooling to obtain a semi-finished product B; and addingcarbon fiber spheres into absolute ethyl alcohol, simultaneously adding PVA, heating and stirring until the carbon fiber spheres are completely molten, cooling, smearing on the outer layer of the semi-finished product B, putting into the Jun kiln, firing, grinding and polishing to obtain a finished product. The overall strength of the porcelain can be uniformly improved.
